By accessing or using the facilities, services, programs, or amenities of Valora Fitness, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities, including but not limited to:

  • Open gym use

  • Group fitness classes

  • Personal training sessions

  • Use of exercise equipment

  • Heated fitness classes

  • Sauna use

  • Locker rooms and shower facilities

involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Serious bodily injury

  • Muscle strains, sprains, or tears

  • Falls, slips, or accidents

  • Heat-related illness (including dehydration, dizziness, fainting)

  • Equipment malfunction or misuse

  • Illness or allergic reactions

I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Valora Fitness, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Injury, illness, or death

  • Property loss or damage

  • Use or misuse of equipment

  • Participation in any class, training, or program

  • Use of sauna or heated environments

  • Use of locker rooms, showers, or other amenities

  • Consumption of any food or beverages provided or sold

This release applies whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

  • I will follow all posted rules and staff instructions

  • I will not use equipment or facilities in a reckless or unsafe manner

Valora Fitness is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, overexertion, or failure to follow guidance.

4. SAUNA & HEATED ENVIRONMENTS

I acknowledge that sauna and heated fitness environments involve increased risks, including:

  • Dehydration

  • Overheating

  • Dizziness or fainting

I agree that:

  • I will use these facilities at my own risk

  • I will exit immediately if I feel unwell

  • I am solely responsible for monitoring my physical condition

Valora Fitness assumes no responsibility for any adverse effects related to heat exposure.

Valora Fitness respects the privacy of its members and guests.

  • Photo or video of any individual will only be taken or used with their prior consent

  • Members and guests are not permitted to photograph or record others within the facility without their explicit permission

While Valora Fitness enforces this policy, I understand that it cannot guarantee that unauthorized recording will not occur, and I release Valora Fitness from any liability arising from the actions of other individuals.
