10. Class Reservations & Refunds

10.1. All class reservations are final. No refunds, transfers, or credit adjustments will be issued for cancellations or no‑shows.

11. Class Reservations & Refunds

11.1. To protect the privacy and comfort of all participants, unauthorized photography and videography are strictly prohibited at any Valora Fitness classes, events, or sessions.

11.2. This restriction applies to all individuals, including but not limited to instructors, staff, guests, and class attendees, regardless of location.

11.3. This policy remains in effect at all Valora Fitness events, including those held in privately rented studios, pop-up spaces, and external venues.

11.4. Any individual found recording or photographing without prior written consent from Valora Fitness will be asked to stop immediately and may be subject to removal from the premises and termination of access to future services.

11.5. Valora Fitness reserves the right to pursue legal action against any party who violates this policy, including seeking damages for invasion of privacy, breach of contract, or misuse of brand likeness.
